Built in 1856, the Merchant J.C. Johnson constructed the 3-story brick building; the building is the oldest surviving structure in Historic Downtown Monticello. As part of the rehabilitation, JPDProperties maintained many its original historic features.
This recently renovated commercial space, retains exterior charms from its original construction. Oak hardwood floors, contemporary staircase, ADA restroom, tall ceilings, significant lighting and ample foot traffic exposure. Situated in prime downtown Monticello, along one of the more vibrant downtown blocks.
