216-220 W. Washington

One of the downtown commercial projects was recently revitalized by JPDProperties. Situated in a perfect location along the main throughway of Monticello between Washington and Market streets.

NorthEast facing

JPDProperties recently completed its rehabilitation of the original 1888 old log blockhouse and stockade located at 216-220 West Washington. It is now home to retail, commercial, and office tenants.

courtyard

The courtyard will offer patrons a venue to enjoy fall, summer, and spring seating under shaded trees. The spaces and private courtyard are situated perfectly next to ample parking and the Historic Downtown, representing one of only a few exterior seating refuges in the downtown region.
